Product Description
The Micro LiPo USB Charger v2 is an ultra-compact and easy-to-use charging solution for single-cell 3.7 V / 4.2 V Lithium-ion and Lithium-polymer batteries. Its tiny form factor makes it ideal for portable projects, embedded devices, and compact enclosures where space is limited.
Charging is extremely simple: plug the gold-plated USB contacts directly into any standard 5 V USB port and connect your battery to the 2-pin JST connector. The board automatically manages the entire charging process using a safe three-stage charging profile—preconditioning, constant-current fast charging, and constant-voltage topping—ensuring long battery life and reliable operation.
Two onboard status LEDs clearly indicate charging progress:
The default charging current is 100 mA, making it safe for small-capacity batteries and low-power USB sources. For faster charging, a built-in slide switch allows you to increase the charge current to 500 mA, suitable for batteries 500 mAh or larger, with no soldering required.
