    6DOF structural design make the robotic arm move flexibly, so it can grab objects in any directions.

    All joints are using high-precision digital servos that make the control more accurate.

    Servo LDX-218: 17kg high torque, full metal gear, dual ball bearing, pluggable wire.

    • Servo Motor Installation Guidelines
    • Run the servo in free state first: Before attaching the servo to anything, run myservo.write(90); to set it to the middle position.
    • Check the mechanical limits of the arm: Verify that the servo motor will not try to rotate beyond the arm’s mechanical limit.
    • Limit rotation angle in the code: Define the maximum and minimum rotation angles in your program so that the motor does not hit its physical limit.
    • Avoid overload: If the servo tries to go past its limit, it may overheat or burn out due to excessive load.
    • Note: Failing to check limits and set angles may cause multiple servos to fail at once.

    6. Please be sure to avoid locked-rotor when using servo, locked-rotor means that artificially or machine obstructs the servo to rotate normally, the lock-rotor will lead to internal current increased to more than 7 times and the temperature increases, servo will burn out.
