TCD4094B is an 8-stage serial shift register having a storage latch associated with each stage for strobing data from the serial input to parallel buffered 3-state outputs. Featured By RoboticsBD.

  1. Serial to parallel data conversion.
  2. Remote control holding register.
  3. Dual-Rank shift, hold, and bus applications.

Features:

  1. 3-state parallel outputs for connection  to common bus.
  2. Separate serial outputs synchronous to both positive and negative clock edges for cascading.
  3. Medium speed operation - 5 Mhz at 10 V.
  4. Standardized , symmetrical output characteristics.
  5. 100% tested for quiescent current at 20V.
  6. Maximum input current of 1 uA at 18V and 25 degree Celsius.
