Description

With this High-Power MOSFET module you can easily use the double mosfet through the separate connections for power supply, switch pins and signal pins.
The LED on the module indicates whether the MOSFET is switched on. This board is particularly useful for controlling a large LED strip (one color) or a motor (in one direction) by using. PWM.

Specifications:

  • MOSFET input voltage: 5 - 36V
  • Maximum current: ~ 15A (with good cooling installation up to 30A peak possible)
  • Can be controlled with signals between 3.3V and 20V (5V or higher recommended for a lower drain-source resistance)
  • Has two 2mm holes for mounting
  • Dimensions: 34x17x12mm

Pin descriptions:

  • Trig/PWM: Signal pin from the microcontroller
  • GND: GND/ground/min of microcontroller
  • Vin+: Input voltage MOSFET
  • Vin-: GND/ground/min of input voltage
  • Vout+: Positive voltage for component to be switched
  • Vout-: Negative voltage for component to be switched
