Description
The MC34152 Dual MOSFET Driver 1.5A is a high-speed gate driver IC designed to efficiently drive power MOSFETs in switching applications. It features two independent non-inverting driver channels, each capable of delivering up to 1.5A peak output current. Because of its fast rise and fall times of approximately 15 ns, it ensures quick MOSFET switching and reduces transition losses in high-frequency power circuits. Moreover, the device supports a wide operating voltage range from around 6.1V to 18V, making it suitable for various power supply designs. With built-in undervoltage lockout and input hysteresis, it provides stable and reliable performance in demanding environments.
