The Nuvoton N76E003AT20 Development Board is a compact, high-performance 8051-core microcontroller board designed for embedded systems, prototyping, and learning. Powered by a 1T 8051 processor, it offers 18KB Flash ROM, configurable Data Flash, and 1KB SRAM, all in a small TSSOP20 package. With wide operating voltage support (2.4V – 5.5V), industrial-grade temperature tolerance (-40°C to 105°C), and robust ESD/EFT protection, this board is built for reliable operation in demanding applications.
Equipped with two UARTs, SPI, I²C, six-channel PWM, and eight-channel 12-bit ADC, the N76E003 delivers rich peripherals for diverse project requirements. Onboard components include a MINI USB power interface, AMS1117-3.3V regulator, reset button, programmable LED, and external crystal oscillator interface. All I/O pins are broken out to 2.54mm headers for easy prototyping.
