Description

The ULN2001, ULN2002, ULN2003 and ULN 2004 are high-voltage, high-current Darlington arrays each containing seven open collector Darlington pairs with common emitters. Each channel is rated at 500 mA and can withstand peak currents of 600 mA. Suppression diodes are included for inductive load driving and the inputs are pinned opposite the outputs to simplify board layout.  Featured By RoboticsBD.

Applications:

  1. Seven darlington arrays
  2. Output current 500ma per driver (600mA peak)
  3. Output voltage 50v integrated suppression diodes
  4. Inductive loads outputs can be paralleled
  5. Higher current .TTL/CMOS/PMOS/DTL compatible inputs inputs pinned opposite outputs to simplify layout.
  6. Maximum Output Voltage:50V
  7. Maximum Input Voltage:30V
  8. Storage Temperature Range:-55 to 150°C
  9. The most easy module to learn how to control the Stepper and finish the simple project.
  10. The logic control voltage:3~5.5V
  11. Motor Supply Voltage: 5~ 15V
  12. It can sink 500mA from a 50V supply,but you’d better limit the driver voltage under 15v.
  13. Operating temperature: -25 degree Celsius ~ +90 degree Celsius 500 mA rated collector current (single output)
  14. 50 V output (there is a version that supports 100 V output)
