PC Software Program
- Servo Motor Installation Guidelines
- Run the servo in free state first: Before attaching the servo to anything, run
myservo.write(90); to set it to the middle position. - Check the mechanical limits of the arm: Verify that the servo motor will not try to rotate beyond the arm’s mechanical limit.
- Limit rotation angle in the code: Define the maximum and minimum rotation angles in your program so that the motor does not hit its physical limit.
- Avoid overload: If the servo tries to go past its limit, it may overheat or burn out due to excessive load.
- Note: Failing to check limits and set angles may cause multiple servos to fail at once.
With the graphical PC software, you can drag the sliders to adjust the servo angle for the stance of the xArm 1S.
APP Program
Using the newly designed mobile APP, the interface becomes easier to operate. Revise the rotation angle or adjust the stance manually when add actions.
Offline Manual Program
xArm 1S robotic arm supports to program by adjusting the servos which is easy and convenient.
Intelligent Bus Servo Powerful Core
xArm 1S uses intelligent serial bus servo with high precision, feedback function and convenient wiring which reduces the friction between wire and brackets. The servo at the base is upgraded to a 25KG torque servo to grab more than 500g.
