How to Use:
Powering the Module:
- Plug in the module using a serial cable and monitor the output log via a serial terminal.
Connecting to the Module’s Hotspot:
- Use your mobile phone to search for a Wi-Fi hotspot named IR_WIFI.
- Connect to the hotspot.
Configuring Wi-Fi Settings:
- Once connected, the browser will automatically open the configuration page.
- If it doesn't, manually navigate to 192.168.4.1 in your browser.
- On the configuration page, click Configure, select your Wi-Fi router, and enter the password.
- Click Save to complete the configuration.
Verifying Connectivity:
- If the configuration is successful, the IR_WIFI hotspot will disappear.
- If it fails, reconnect to the hotspot and repeat the process.
Resetting Wi-Fi Credentials:
- Short the TX and RX pins and power on the module to erase the saved Wi-Fi settings.
- Reconfigure as needed.
Using Infrared Transmission:
- The module receives NEC format commands via the remote control and transmits them over Wi-Fi.
- Other devices on the same network can receive these commands and emit infrared signals.
