    Description

    The MIC2981 8-Channel Source Driver Array is a high-side driver IC designed to control multiple loads using positive-side switching. Unlike sink drivers such as ULN2803, the MIC2981 sources current to the load, making it ideal for applications where high-side control is required. It integrates eight independent driver channels in a single compact package, each capable of handling up to approximately 350mA per channel and output voltages up to around 50V. Additionally, built-in clamp diodes protect against voltage spikes when driving inductive loads such as relays or solenoids. With TTL and CMOS logic compatibility, the MIC2981 interfaces directly with microcontrollers like Arduino, ESP32, STM32, and PLC systems.
