This MOSFET-based isolated electronic switch module allows you to control DC power circuits using a 3V–30V input signal, providing a silent, durable, and efficient alternative to traditional mechanical relays. It can handle up to 30V DC and 20A current, offering high-speed switching and long lifespan with no mechanical wear or noise.
The module can operate as a single-pole single-throw (SPST) electronic switch, using a pair of MOSFETs controlled optically for complete isolation between control and load sides. It is suitable for applications requiring high-speed DC load control, such as turning devices on/off via MCU, Arduino, or PLC systems.

Compared to mechanical relays, this solid-state MOSFET switch eliminates contact wear and electrical noise issues, ensuring stable performance even in frequent switching environments.
Note:
This module cannot be used for PWM control.
At 24V and 10A or higher loads, proper heat dissipation is required.
| Parameter | Description |
|---|---|
| Control Voltage | 3V – 30V DC |
| Control Current | ≤ 20A (maximum) |
| Load Voltage | ≤ 30V DC |
| Size | 28 × 13 × 4 mm (excluding terminals and headers) |
| Isolation Type | Optocoupler-based control isolation |
| Type | Electronic MOSFET Switch (SPST) |
Optically isolated input for control signal protection
Supports both positive and negative switching control
No mechanical wear, vibration, or noise
Fast switching speed (ON: 1.5 ms, OFF: 1 ms)
Compact size, long lifespan, and stable operation
Replaces mechanical relays in DC load control systems
Do not exceed rated voltage or current.
Continuous current above half the maximum rating (10A at 24V) may cause permanent damage to the MOSFET.
We strongly recommend monitoring the MOSFET temperature and using additional heat dissipation when necessary.
