The Ethernet Shield for Arduino W5200 provides a simple and efficient way to connect Arduino projects to the Internet. Based on the W5200 embedded Ethernet controller, this shield integrates a hardwired TCP/IP stack, Ethernet MAC, and PHY, making it easy to implement network functionality without complex programming. With support for TCP, UDP, IPv4, ICMP, ARP, IGMP, and PPPoE, it enables reliable communication across networks. The W5200 chip features a 32KB internal buffer and supports up to 8 independent sockets simultaneously, allowing multiple network connections. A microSD card slot is included for data storage, making it ideal for applications such as web servers, IoT projects, and data logging. Designed for Arduino UNO and Mega boards, it communicates via the SPI interface using only 4 pins, making it suitable for compact designs. Additional features include auto-negotiation, auto MDI/MDIX, Wake on LAN, and power-down mode, offering flexibility and energy efficiency. Featured By RoboticsBD.
